Belvidere Primary School
Good Afternoon Parents & Guardians
Our Year 4 girls played at the Sports Village and fought incredibly hard in a really tough group. The girls’ football team is going from strength to strength, thanks to the outstanding coaching provided by one of our Governors, Mrs Balchin. We are incredibly grateful for her time and dedication.
We held a minute’s silence on the KS2 playground as a mark of respect for Remembrance Day. Every single child carried this out to perfection—it was a truly moving moment.
Some of our Year 6 pupils visited Harlescott Junior School to take part in a Leadership Academy. They learnt a range of skills, including how to organise tournaments for other children. We look forward to putting their newfound skills to good use very soon!
We hosted an Inclusive Dodgeball competition with two other schools visiting. The children had a fantastic afternoon! A huge thank you to Mr Morris for organising the event and coaching the team.
Today we enjoyed our first Violin and Keyboard performance for family members this year. It was a delight to see how confident the children are and how much they enjoy sharing their musical talents.
If you are in a trade and would be able to help us —or have any recommendations—please drop this information off at the school office. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
Belvidere Stars of the Week
A huge well done to our Stars of the Week!

Jewellery
Please can we remind parents that children who have their ears pierced should only be wearing studs to school.
No other jewellery should be worn in school.
Arbor Balances
Please can we remind parents that Arbor balances are kept up to date.
We truly value the flexibility we currently offer, allowing families to pay in arrears. However, if outstanding balances are not cleared promptly, we may be left with no choice but to move to a pre-payment system, as many other schools have already done.
We understand that times are challenging, and we are more than happy to discuss payment plans or offer support where needed. Please do not hesitate to contact the school office in confidence if you require assistance.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
